The $30 off applies per person and there is no maximum number of people per booking.

Looking for the “ultimate” weekend escape to slow down, relax a little and enjoy the finer things in life, then this package is for you!

Enjoy two night’s luxury bed and breakfast accommodation “off-grid” at Kinross Cottages, surrounded by vines and nestled in the heart of the Gibbston wine region. (Approximately 25 minutes from central Queenstown). Their generously sized rooms, complete with bathroom and kitchenette will make you feel right at home, however, in contrast, their hot tub experience will whisk you far-away from the every-day in no time at all.

Not only do Kinross produce their own excellent wine but they also represent their award-winning wine partners, Coal Pit, Hawkshead, Valli and Wild Irishman. This means that their tasting experiences are extensive and renowned. A wine tasting at Kinross is included in the package so make sure you book in at a time that suits during your stay.

Choose a day to join our Boutique Wine Tour and we will have you out and exploring the very best of Central Otago – tastings at 4 wineries in the Gibbston and Bannockburn/Cromwell wine regions, a delicious platter lunch and all the stories and wine education you could ask for. We will collect you from Kinross late morning and drop you back at the end of the day.

Classic Wine Tour includes: Pick up 1.40pm from Nugget Point, tastings at 3 premium cellar doors in the Gibbston wine region including the Cave at Gibbston Valley and a shared cheeseboard to compliment one of the tastings. Drop-off to Nugget Point at approximately 5pm.

Here at Appellation Wine Tours we like to look after our locals. Provide us with proof of your local home address and receive 30% off any of our Daily Wine Tours (subject to availability).

We have 3 different Daily Wine Tours on offer ranging from 3.5 hours, 5.5 hours and 6.5 hours in length. All tours start with pick-ups in the CBD and make our way out of town with pick-ups along the way. Our vineyards change daily and certain vineyards can be included or excluded; just let us know your requests at the time of booking.

Children travel FREE these School Holidays!

These school holidays only, we are offering a special deal to join one of our daily wine tours and bring the kids along for FREE! We accept children from 6 - 17 years on our daily shared group wine tours. They will enjoy the sights as well as a lovely lunch (Boutique Wine Tour) or snack (Classic Wine Tour) and juice. We have tours ranging from 3.5 - 6.5 hours in duration and recommend the shorter options for younger children. We do our best to visit vineyards that cater well to children and encourage you to bring toys/snacks along for the ride.

To receive the discount, bookings must be made directly on our website. Upon booking, please mention the number and ages of the children you will be bringing along in the notes section.
